If you use Apple Pay or Sign Up With Apple and have ‘Hide My Email’ selected, your order or account will be under a unique, anonymised email like adjkivke87@privaterelay.appleid.com. Anything we send to this email address will be routed to the email inbox associated with your Apple ID. (Read more about this here.)
If the email address associated with your Apple ID is not the email address you currently use, you can check and update it by following these steps:
- On your Apple device, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Sign in & Security
- If using a browser, head to your Apple Account
- Next to Email & Phone Numbers, tap Edit
- Tap the Remove button next to the primary email address, then tap Delete
- Tap Choose Another Email and enter your device passcode, if asked
Once you have updated your Apple ID email address, please reach out to us here and we can resend your order confirmation.
Note: You will also need to reach out to request this if you have updated the email on your Sofar account via the Edit Profile page after purchasing tickets.
Guest checkout orders
If you ordered tickets via Guest Checkout using Google or Apple Pay without ‘Hide My Email’, and your Google or Apple account carries the wrong email address, you will need to submit a request for our team to update the email on your order. Please include the email you currently use on the form, and the email associated with your order in the request message.
You can check what email address is associated with your Google account by following these steps:
- In your Google Account, open the “Personal info” tab
- Under "Contact info", select Email > Google Account email
How soon can I expect to receive my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation should arrive within 15 minutes of placing your order.
