All ticket sales are final, so please check all details before booking to make sure you can attend the event. Refunds are only offered if an event is canceled, moved to another date or neighbourhood, or a venue policy changes and prevents you from attending.*
We understand that sometimes plans change, so if you’re not able to make the show, you can pass the tickets on to a friend to use in your place - just make sure they give your name at the door.
*Refunds for canceled or postponed shows will include any booking fees that were applied to the original order. Booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the venue location has changed but the show is still going ahead.
