All ticket sales are final, so please check all details before booking to make sure you can attend the event. Refunds are only offered if an event is canceled, moved to another date or neighbourhood, or a venue policy changes and prevents you from attending.*
That being said, if you can't make the show you’ve booked tickets for, we may be able to move your tickets to another show as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your original show. Read more here: Can I transfer my tickets to another show?
*Refunds for canceled or postponed shows will include any booking fees that were applied to the original order. Booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the venue location has changed but the show is still going ahead.
