Part of the excitement of many Sofar shows is the secret location, only revealed the day before.
You’ll receive an email with the address and other important details at least 36 hours before the show, at which point you’ll also be able view the address on the event page, available in your dashboard — just make sure you're logged into your account.*
If you purchase a ticket when the address has already been revealed, that email will arrive within 15 minutes of your order being placed.
If you think you might be missing the venue address, please check the following:
- Check your spam/junk or promotions email inbox
- Check all alternate email addresses that may have been used - if you log in through Google or Apple, your Sofar account email will match the one associated with that third-party account (see this article for details)
*If the venue address is not available on the event page in your dashboard and there are less than 36 hours before the show, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reloading the page.
I used Guest Checkout - will the show still appear in my dashboard?
If you purchased tickets through Guest Checkout, we’ll still email you the address when it's revealed, but you will need to either claim your account or add the show to your existing account to view the details in your dashboard.
To do this, follow the link on your Order Confirmation email. If you have lost your confirmation email, reach out to us here, and we can send it to you again.
