Sofar does everything we can to avoid canceling or making changes to a show. In the event that we have to do either of these things, we’ll email you with as much advance notice as possible with details of the changes.
In some instances where a show is canceled, our team may transfer everyone’s tickets to a similar upcoming show. Details of the new show will be included in the notification email.
If you can no longer attend because of a change to your show or tickets, just contact us before the show to request a transfer to a different show, or a refund* if you prefer.
If the show has been canceled and your tickets have not been moved, you have three days to reach out to us if you would like to request a transfer.
If we haven’t heard from you within that time, we’ll automatically refund your order and the funds will show in your account within 5-10 business days.
*Please note that booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the neighbourhood has changed but the original show is still going ahead.
