Sofar local leaders are independent organizers who use the Sofar platform to host intimate live music and cultural events in unexpected venues, building Sofar communities in cities and towns around the world.
Many of our leaders already produce events in their city, whether in live music, theater, comedy, dance, or community gatherings of any kind. Sofar gives them a way to add a respected global brand to their portfolio, reach new audiences, and showcase emerging artists in unique local spaces.
Leaders share a love of live events, community gathering, and a commitment to their city. They also belong to a global network of fellow organizers, connected through a shared Slack workspace, virtual Town Halls, and ongoing training sessions.
