In ticketed cities, guests purchase tickets in advance through the Sofar website. Depending on the setup, Sofar may cover key production expenses or the local team may manage them directly. In both cases, local leaders receive a share of the show’s net profit after expenses.
In non-ticketed cities, events typically follow a “pass the hat” model, and finances are handled independently by the local team.
