If you have logged in via Apple or Google and can no longer access your Artist Dashboard, it may be that the email address associated with your Apple or Google account differs from your Sofar user account email address.
This means a new Sofar user account has been created which is not linked to your Artist Dashboard. You can read more about how third party login works here.
To access the Artist Dashboard again, please log in using the email address on your original Sofar user account.
For the most seamless experience, we recommend that you ensure the email address associated with your Sofar user account matches the email address on your Apple or Google account, before logging in with Apple or Google. You can check this by visiting your Edit Profile page.
To confirm, your Artist Dashboard and Sofar user account are two separate things, and need to be linked together for you to access the Artist Dashboard for the first time. You can find out how to do this in our article: How do I get access to the Artist Dashboard?
