Once you’ve responded to a booking invitation, our booking teams will select the artist for each performance slot out of those who have indicated they’re available.
If you’re booked, you’ll receive an email to confirm your show, and it will appear in the Booked Shows section of your Artist Dashboard.
If a booking invitation says ‘Pending’, this means the team is still waiting for more responses before confirming artists for each slot.
If it says ‘No longer available’, or has disappeared, this means the show has been filled by another artist, or was canceled.
If you're waiting for your first ever Sofar booking, the team will be sending more booking invitations as soon as there is availability. For artists who have played Sofar before - keep an eye out for booking invitations in the future when other suitable opportunities come up.
