Playing your first show
Once your application is accepted, you’re eligible to be booked for Sofars! Our team will work to confirm your first show as soon as possible - you don’t need to follow up.
That said, availability can vary depending on the city, so we can’t guarantee a specific timeline for when you’ll receive a booking. We really appreciate your patience!
Repeat bookings
Keeping your Booking Preferences up to date is the best way to be considered for shows in your chosen cities. Filling these out is the only way for our team to see your name when selecting artists to invite, so make sure the city you’d like to play in is included - even if it’s your home city.
We also factor in how a show went, including audience feedback and how the community responded to you on the night, alongside city availability.
We have a lot of artists who want to play more Sofars, so we can't guarantee regular bookings for everyone, but staying current and building strong local connections goes a long way.
