If your show was in the USA
After your show, you’ll receive an email with your final payment amount and a link to add your payment details via Dots. Please make sure to do this within 30 days, or the link will expire.
Once you’ve added your details and selected a default payment method, payment will be issued via your preferred payment method within 2 business days. It depends on the payment method you select, but generally keep an eye out for a transaction mentioning “Divisible Inc” or “Dots”.
If you already made a Dots account the last time you played you won’t be prompted to add them again, but you may need to log in to Dots and withdraw your payment. To receive automatic payments in future, you can select a default payment option in your Dots account.

If your show was in another city where tickets are sold through the Sofar website
After your show, you’ll receive an automated email with a link to submit your payment details.
After submitting your details through the form, payment should come within 14 business days.
If you have been promised payment in a city where tickets are not sold through the Sofar website, please reach out to the Sofar Curator for your show.
