Your Artist Dashboard and User Dashboard are in two separate places on your Sofar account. Once you’ve been set up with your Artist Dashboard, you can follow these steps to reach it.
Make sure you’re logged in to your account on the Sofar website.
Click on ‘My Account’:
Select ‘Artist Portal’ from the drop down:
From here, you can check out your past and future shows, and submit a booking request to play more shows in the Shows section:
Requesting To Play
The smaller the date range you submit, the more likely our booking teams will know that they can make something work, so please be specific! We ask that you try to request dates at least four weeks in advance, and we’ll reach out at least a week before the requested show date if we’re able to make something work this time.
Common submission errors
Applications cannot be updated after they've been submitted, so if you notice a mistake, please resubmit.
Please make sure that you enter the requested dates using the format MM/DD/YYYY, and note that both the start and end dates must be at least one day in the future.
Make sure your links begin with http://www. or you’ll see an error and won’t be able to submit your application. For example, enter 'http://www.youtube.com/sofarsounds', not 'youtube.com/sofarsounds'.
The home city field on needs to be filled in correctly. If you see a message underneath which says 'Sofar is not active where you live' please delete the contents and try typing again.
You should then be able to select your city from the drop down like below.
