In the event that we need to cancel or move a show, Sofar may transfer your tickets to another show or automatically refund your purchase. We’ll notify you via email with as much advance notice as possible, letting you know what changes have been made to your order and, in the event a show is moved to a new location, details about the new venue.
If your tickets have been moved to another show but you are not able to attend for any reason, please contact us prior to the show to request a transfer. We’re also happy to provide a refund if you prefer.
If the show has been canceled and your tickets have not been moved, we’ll give you three days to reach out to us to request a transfer. If we haven’t heard from you within that time, we’ll refund your order within 5-10 business days.
Please note that booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the neighborhood has changed but the show is still going ahead.
