In the event that we need to move or cancel a show, we may transfer your tickets to another event.
We’ll email you with as much advanced notice as possible, letting you know what changes have been made to your order and, in the event a show is moved to a new location, details about the new venue.
If your tickets have been moved and you can't attend the new show, just contact us before the show to request a transfer. We’re also happy to provide a refund if you prefer.
If the show has been canceled and your tickets have not been moved, you have three days to reach out to us to request a transfer. If we haven’t heard from you within that time, we’ll refund your order within 5-10 business days.
Please note that booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the neighborhood has changed but the show is still going ahead.
