In the event that we have to cancel or move your show, or if the show's policies have changed, you have a few options. You can choose to:
a) Transfer your tickets to another upcoming show (provided there’s enough space!)
or
b) Receive a transfer credit valid for six months so you can re-book when it suits you
or
c) Receive a full refund
If the show has been canceled, we’ll give you three days to reach out to us and request option a or b, and if we don’t hear from you we’ll refund your order by default. You can get in touch with us here.
If the show has been moved to a different neighborhood, and you can no longer make it because of the change, please reach out to us here before the show takes place to request a refund or transfer. Please note that in the event a show has been moved to a new location, we won't issue refunds automatically and will only do so by request.
If there has been a change to show policy (age restriction, alcohol policy, indoor/outdoor status), please reach out to us here before the show takes place to request a refund or transfer. If we do not hear from you before the show, no change will be made to your order.
Booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the neighborhood has changed but the show is still going ahead.
