In the event that we have to cancel or move your show, or it’s no longer BYOB, you have a few options. You can choose to:
- Transfer your tickets to another upcoming show
- Receive a transfer credit valid for six months so you can rebook when it suits you
- Receive a full refund
If the show has been canceled, we’ll give you three days to reach out to us and request Option 1 or 2, and if we don’t hear from you we’ll refund your order automatically.
If the show or your tickets were moved to a different neighborhood or date, please reach out to us here before the show takes place to request a transfer or refund.
If the show is no longer BYOB, please reach out to us here before the show takes place to request a refund or transfer. If we do not hear from you before the show, no change will be made to your order.
Please be aware that booking fees will not be refunded in instances where the neighborhood has changed but the show is still going ahead.
