I have tickets to a Sofar, but I have tested positive for COVID-19, can I get a refund?
If you have tickets for an upcoming event and tested positive for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the show, we’ll be happy to issue you a one-time credit to attend another event within six months. We ask that you contact us before the show begins in order to fulfill this request. Refunds will not be issued.
Can I get a refund if your COVID-19 safety policies prevent me from attending?
If you’d no longer like to attend the Sofar you booked tickets for because of our safety policies, we can issue you a refund as long as the tickets were booked before January 10th, 2022. Any new orders placed after January 10th, 2022 are not eligible for a refund.
If you have tickets to a Sofar, and you received an email stating that the Safety Policies for that specific show have changed since you originally booked your tickets, please contact us for assistance.
What if I'm denied entry to a show?
If you're denied entry because you were not able to provide the required documentation, please get in touch with us within 7 days to discuss your options. We're not able to consider refund requests made beyond this grace period.
