What are my options if I feel ill or test positive for COVID-19 before my show?
If you have tickets for an upcoming event and tested positive or feel ill before the show, we ask that you do not attend. Sofar will issue a one-time credit to attend another event within six months, even if you notify us less than 72 hours before the show.
Please contact us before the show begins in order to fulfill this request, as transfers will not be granted for requests made after the show takes place. Refunds will not be issued.
Can I get a refund if your COVID-19 safety policies prevent me from attending?
We strongly encourage all potential guests to review our policies before purchasing a ticket, as we will not provide a refund if you cannot meet the entry requirements.
