We will be following the US Center for Disease Control’s definition of ‘fully vaccinated’: two weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. At this time, booster doses are not required to attend Sofar shows, but this is subject to change in the future.
Please bring your vaccination card with you to the event (photos will be accepted). We'll accept any government-issued proof of vaccination, even if from a country outside of where the show is taking place.
If your show is in a city or region that has its own verification method (e.g. NY State Excelsior Pass, NHS app, etc), this will also be accepted, but must show that you have been fully vaccinated per the definition above.
If you are exempt or unable to receive the vaccine, please get in touch with us to discuss your options.
What if I can't provide this?
As of January 1st, 2022, we will not accept proof of a negative COVID test to attend Sofar shows.
In some instances, we may be able to accept a note from a healthcare professional in lieu of proof of vaccination if you are not eligible to be vaccinated. If this applies to you, contact us to confirm the information your healthcare provider will need to include in this note.
Will you accept antibody tests?
We will not accept tests that indicate whether an individual has antibodies or has had COVID-19 in the past.
