Error message with login
If you encounter an error that says "Sorry, either your email or password is incorrect," please confirm you have entered the correct login information. Email addresses and passwords are case-sensitive, so be sure to check the capitalization.
If you encounter an error stating "email has already been taken," you are on the Sign Up page for new accounts. You’ll need to navigate to the ‘Sign in’ page here.
