First and foremost, for the safety of everyone in attendance, we ask that you skip the show if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with a COVID-19 carrier within the last 14 days. We’re happy to offer you a transfer or a full refund if you:
- are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
- have been in close contact with someone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days
- have concerns about attending a show you’ve purchased tickets for because of COVID-19
We ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible, but even if you’ve missed the window, we’ll work with you. You can get in touch with us here.
If you have any concerns about attending a show, please stay home and stay safe. We’ll happily transfer your tickets to a future show.
