We’ve reviewed our show operations from end to end, and have made updates to ensure the safety of our guests, artists and hosts, including but not limited to:
- Requiring masks or face coverings to be worn by all guests, hosts, artists and team members*
- Sanitizing high touch areas within a venue before, during and after a show
- Managing the entry/exit process to help ensure guests are safely distanced
- Marking socially distant spaces on the floor for guest seating (and in areas where guests may congregate like restroom queues)
- Booking venue spaces and amending capacities to ensure guests can maintain at least 2m/6ft social distance
- Ensuring our venues have hand washing stations and/or hand sanitizer
- Updating show processes to be contactless wherever possible
- Ensuring that any venues we host in are well-ventilated, and keeping available doors and windows open throughout the show
- Updating training for event teams new best practices and procedures for event safety
