Your order will always be held under the name of the account holder or ticket purchaser, but if you purchase multiple tickets to a Sofar we’ll ask for your the names and email addresses of your guest(s). This is so we can reach out to them with health and safety information related to the show you’re attending.
You can add your guests' information immediately after purchasing tickets, or via your dashboard.
In some regions, contact tracing is mandated for events and gatherings. We’re required to collect the names and email addresses of all attendees so that we can reach out in the event someone tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event.
We’ll only contact your guest(s) with information regarding the show—they will not be added to any mailing lists.
