Join an existing Sofar Team
There are two different kinds of Sofar cities—more than 300 of them operate independently, and there are ~30 cities in the US, UK, Canada and Spain that are Sofar-operated and host the majority of our shows.
In Sofar-operated cities, events are run by Sofar Crew—a team of part-time, paid event staff whose responsibilities include setting up, emceeing, and supporting the artists, host and audience at every show. If you’re located in the US, UK, Canada or Spain and are interested in joining Crew in your city, keep an eye on our Careers page here.
