You'll be prompted to share details about the show with your guests after buying tickets, but you can add and edit attendee information later on as well. When you invite a guest, they'll be prompted to claim their spot on the guest list.
Please note: Tickets will still be held under the account of the person who purchased them, AKA, the primary ticket holder. Transfer requests and other changes to an order can only be requested by the primary ticket holder.
How do I invite guests when completing an order?
Click on the sharable link button in the Invite your guests box. This will copy a link you can send to your guests through the messaging app of your choice.
How do I invite guests after I've already placed an order?
Visit the event page via your dashboard (make sure you're logged in!), and you'll be prompted to invite your guests via a sharable link.
What if I need to change my guest's information?
Log in to your Sofar account, and visit the event page via your dashboard. You'll see an area called Attendee Details, and can click on the pencil icon to update. Make sure to save your changes before navigating away from the page!
Help! I invited too many people!
If you invited more guests than you have tickets in your order, the first guests to claim their spots will be added to the Guest List for the show. If more guests try to claim a spot, you'll be notified via email that your order needs attention, and can manually update your guest information via the steps outlined in the section above.
